Industry stalwart a techno-commercial, Process controls and Instrumentation Engineering professional. An Engineering Graduate in Electronics and Telecommunications with over 35 years of commendable career in Operations, Maintenance, Projects, Administrative and Leadership in India and Overseas. Very widely travelled across the countries in the world and executed various projects internationally and nationally. His career was groomed in State Electricity Board, L&T, Hindustan Zinc, Global Steel (Nigeria and Libya), Jindal steel South America before transforming into an Entrepreneur.
B. SREEDHAR RAJU – Director
A metallurgist and Technical professional and stalwart in Project Management, Process Control, Business Development in the Steel Industry. A Graduate in Mechanical Engineering and Masters in Industrial Metallurgy. Commendable experience of more than 20 years and exposure in steel Industry in India and Overseas. His career was built in JSW steel and Global Steel with exposure in Operations, Projects, Liaison, Business Development and Commercial functions.
SABIR KHAN - Head HR & Admin

A seasoned HR professional having over 23 years of experience in diverse sectors viz. Manufacturing, Engineering & Construction, Renewable Energy & Chemicals in roles spanning Plant / Business HR to Corporate HR and leadership in India and South East Asia. He is a Post graduate in Social Work, Graduate in Humanities, Diploma in Training & Development and a Certified HR professional from the Society for Human Resource Management, USA. He has been associated with reputed Conglomerates – Essar Group, Aditya Birla Group, Atul Limited, Chemie-tech and K P Group in the past.

JATINDRA KUMAR PRADHAN - Head of Operations, DRI Plants

An expert in Pellet & Sinter Plant, DRI & HBI Plant Operations and maintenance, Mr. Pradhan is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering having more than 25 years of hardcore operations and maintenance exposure in steel industry in India and abroad. Highlights of  his career include working with SAIL in India, Global Steel in Nigeria and Libya, ISPAT Industries & Essar Steel in India and holding leadership position in FGE MIDDLE EAST FZLLC. He has a very strong background of Project commissioning, maintenance and Operations in Steel plants.

DEVI PRASAD RATHORE - Advisor DRI Plants
A technology and Process professional with a background of Midrex technology & well-known Technocrat in Steel Industry. A Graduate in Chemical Engineering with 47 years of strong Commissioning, Process & Operations experience in Steel, Chemical & fertilizer Industry in India and Abroad. Held various leadership positions in Jindal Steel Works in India, Global Steels in Libya, JSPL in India and State owned Chemical and Fertilizer Industry in India and Saudi Arabia.
BALAKOTIAH DODAKA - Plant Manager
A Post Graduate in Metallurgy from IIT Chennai with more than 20 years of dynamic career in Operation and maintenance of Steel Plant. He has remarkable exposure in Business Development, strategic business planning, project management and managing Business Independently. He has shaped his career in Essar, Ispat and Global Steel in India and abroad.
